Kolkata Visit - 8th Nov to 13th Nov

After a lot of dilly-dallying I finally decided to go back to Kolkata for the Diwali weekend. Just couldn't give up the chance of being with my dogs once again...& knowing Rex's fear of loud noise. I was also interested to see the reaction of the puppy brigade as this would be their 1st Diwali.

Rex, as you can see from the photo was his usual self. He stopped going out for his night walks & was always looking for the safest corner in the house which, unfortunately, kept eluding him! The pups, however, were a revelation. All 4 of them are generally very vocal & run to the gate barking each time any 4-legged pass the house, including the occasional cow. Suspicious-looking 2-leggeds are also not spared, especially those who try to enter the house for collecting donation! As the sound of crackers started, they kept running from room to the window barking & trying to find the source of the sound. They were puzzled & soon felt silent when the sounds refused to die down. That didn't stop Tito from going out for his night walk. He returned home, rushed thru the gate & into my arms, just like a baby! He was finally a little ruffled!
